Aloha -- Thank you for your support in 2021. What started as small project to bring Hawaiian coffee to the mainland has quickly grown into something larger. We were pretty busy October and November that we didn't have time to come out with a Holiday Blend this year. We have some fun ideas for the name, and will source a very special coffee to do a Holiday Blend for 2022.
We just purchased another lot of Kona Fancy, this will get us through the first 3 months of 2022. We hope to bring in coffee from Oahu in 2022 as well. Oahu grows some very beautiful coffees and we're looking forward to sharing what we discover with you.

Aloha my friends! This morning I had a few cups of the Kaka'hi'aka "Dark" and was just blown away! It's a dark roast with 70% Colombia Del Campo, 20% Brazil Classic Estate and 10% Kona Fancy. We've been selling a ton of this coffee over the last week, it warms our hearts that we have so much support, it also shows love and support to the farmers who put so much effort into their work and to the folks who roast, pack and ship for us. What a week it has been! We've connected with some great local producers on the Big Island and on Oahu. We are laying the foundation to launch a boutique line of coffee, where we will have just under 100 eight ounce bags of each. This will help highlight some pretty awesome work that is being done here in Hawaii. I've been sipping on our 100% Kona Fancy this morning, I am wow'd how sweet it is! Our roaster, Parvaneh has this dialed in. Orders are open for our Sunday the 14th roast. We can super close to selling out last week, I want to thank you for your support, it's been an incredible journey so far.

Thank you to everyone for placing your first order! We are excited to get your coffee roasted up on Sunday and shipped out on Monday the 1st. We are new and working all of this out, but we're confident all will go smooth. Orders are open for next Sundays Roast. Orders placed before 5PM PST on Saturday February 6th will roast on Sunday. Howdy and welcome, thank you for stopping in. We're excited to bring you a new brand of coffee. What's different about Waikiki Coffee? We're super small, and we're just getting started, our plan is to partner with smaller farmers in Hawaii and bring their craft to you. We'll also work with farmers in Colombia, Brazil and Ethiopia for our Kaka'hi'aka and Palekana Blends. Our coffee won't be found in restaurants or coffee shops, our coffee is exclusive and will only be delivered fresh from our roaster to your door.
Right now we are only roasting coffee on Sundays, we will taste for quality on Monday morning and ship out to you Monday afternoon.
To ensure we're able to keep our quality standards high and maintain inventory levels we are only releasing a total of 58 bags of coffee each week. The best way to ensure you get this wonderful coffee is to subscribe to our subscription service. There is no obligation and you can cancel at anytime. We will keep our subscriptions open until we hit our maximum of 100 monthly subscribers.
